Cancel in My Books within 30 minutes of payment if you have not downloaded the PDF. After that, contact support before production starts. Approved refunds usually take 3–5 business days. How long does delivery take?
Hardcovers are printed to order and arrive within 10 business days, about two weeks. You get the PDF right away, so your child can read the story while the book is on its way. Tracking is emailed when the book ships.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel yourself in My Books within 30 minutes of payment for a full refund, as long as you have not downloaded the PDF yet. After that, contact us before production starts and we will help. Approved refunds go back to your PayPal or card, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
What if the book arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint, replace, or refund it. If tracking shows the package was lost or never delivered, we reship at no charge.
How is the hardcover made and shipped?
Each book is printed to order in Korea and shipped to the address you enter at checkout, with final delivery by USPS or GOFO depending on your area. Standard shipping is included in the price.
How can I pay?
Pay with PayPal or a credit/debit card through the secure PayPal checkout. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
What do I see before I pay?
You create a free personalized preview first: your child's cover and the opening pages. Payment is only needed to unlock the complete story and order the hardcover.
What kind of photo works best?
Use one recent, well-lit photo where your child's face is unobstructed and looking toward the camera.
How is my child's photo used?
Only to create your book's personalized illustrations. It is never shown to other customers or used for advertising.
Is my child's photo and data secure?
Original photos are automatically deleted from TaleCoco storage about 30 days after upload, whether or not you place an order. We do not opt in to general AI model training. The service runs on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States, and you can delete a book or your entire account yourself at any time in My Page. Full retention periods are listed in the Photo & AI Policy.
