Refund Policy

Your storybook is digital content generated and personalized on demand.

1. Before generation begins (before you complete payment / before we start creating your eBook) you may cancel for a full refund.
2. After generation begins or after the eBook is supplied, because the content is made to your order and personalized, you lose the statutory right to cancel for a change of mind, to the extent permitted by law, once supply has started with your express consent and acknowledgement.
3. Your consumer rights are not affected. If your eBook is faulty, not as described, not delivered, corrupted, charged in error, or duplicated, you are entitled to a repair, re-supply, or refund as required by applicable mandatory consumer law.
